Must to have:
Data analyst focused on requirements gathering, with strong analytical thinking and solid experience interacting with business and technical stakeholders.
High proficiency in SQL, capable of performing advanced queries, data validation, analysis, and support for decision-making processes.
Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments.
Knowledge of investment business processes is desirable.

Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for data-related initiatives.
Perform advanced SQL queries for data validation, extraction, and analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs, define specifications, and ensure accurate delivery.
Support data-driven decision-making processes through clear insights and structured analysis.
Communicate findings and requirements clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
Participate in review sessions, clarifying business rules, data structures, and expected outcomes.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across assigned initiatives.
Work proactively to anticipate needs, propose improvements, and support continuous enhancement of processes.
