Descripción general

Deploy and implement the Company´s Brand strategy, translating it into strong and consistent demand creation plans / initiatives (product or Commercial Innovation) and define the Brands priorities to ensure the integration of Distribution, display and development with efficient and effective advertising support.
This role is a member of both the CCAM Leadership Team and the Marketing Leadership Team.
In close collaboration with other functions (Sales SC, Finances), the role develops strategies, objectives, business plans and investment budgets to meet annual volume and profit commitments. The director shares full accountability for the Cluster´s profit delivery with the local leadership team.

Responsibilities:

Set and drive CCAM Studio agenda, leading multifunctional teams to one common goal.

Provide input in key Regional plans and customize for local needs prior to execution.

Lead the definition & execution of Demand Creation plans (Advertising, Consumer and Sales Promotion).

Protect and secure a healthy value equation for brand portfolio.

Ensure brand studio plans are properly communicated and integrated to S&OP process and across the organization.

P&L Management for the cluster.

Owns the Advertising budget, ensures quarterly budget targets.

Lead CCAM Marketing functional team (coaching, feedback, calibration).


Key Skills
15+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales roles, with a strong track record in multinational FMCG companies.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Administration or equivalent experience.

Advanced in English.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

People coaching and development.

Strong analytical skills, business acumen, financial perspective, strategic thinking.

Proven track record managing countries across the assigned cluster.

Capability to manage multiple projects and open fronts.

Ability to seamlessly navigate from strategy to execution and viceversa ensuring a healthy balance between creating right vision/strategy and plans and ensuring their flawless execution in the market.

Multi-country, multi category experience is desirable for the CCAM region (Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Panama and Caricom)
