Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Independently manage the Staffing Support and Benefits Inboxes to ensure timely and professional responses
Provide first-line support for employees experiencing difficulties with system logins
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve employee access issues
Assist with the Talent Operations Inbox as neeeded
Demonstrte an understanding of all systems and how they interact with each other
Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual report requests
Respond to all ad hoc report requests in a timely manner
Support Talent Operations projects as required
Perform audits of data on a regular basis
Manage Invoice reconciliation for Talent and Staffing
Route all HR contracts through WorkFlow Gen and manage process from start to finish
Manage Employment Verifications and Unemployment claims requests
Other duties as assigned
