Hr ops manager

Job Description Summary
Lead, manage, and control all Human Resources Operations across LATAM, with scope over payroll, hires and terminations, budgeting and monthly tracking, internal and external audits, compliance and legal/regulatory processes, HR data management, Workday super-user responsibilities, and the administration of compensation and benefits programs.

Responsibilities
1) Lead, manage, and support end-to-end payroll processes
2) Own Budget / LRP / Forecast processes and support business initiatives involving HR —
3) Lead and manage internal/external audits and government inspections
4) Lead, manage, and control HR Administration processes

Key Skills, Abilities, And Experience Required

Years and Type of Experience
Minimum 7+ years in Human Resources with strong experience in Payroll, HR & S&B budgeting, HR Administration, Labor Legislation, HR Audits, and Compensation.
Proven responsibility for a shared services or centralized HR operations function.
Regional LATAM exposure required.
Intermediate–advanced English required.
Workday and SAP exposure strongly preferred.

Education Level / Degree
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
