Job Description Product Owner The Product Owner will drive the vision and execution of our cloud-based automotive solutions. This role will play a pivotal role in managing the complete lifecycle of our software lifecycle management product, communicating effectively with various stakeholders, and aligning the product's goals with the business objectives. This role will challenge existing solutions to bring them to the next level and will lead the conception of entirely new and game changing solutions. Key responsibilities: • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for our cloud-based automotive CICD & software solutions. • Act as the primary liaison between the technical team and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Oversee product releases, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure successful launches and user adoption. • Continuously gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive product improvements. • Monitor and analyze product performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends, using these insights to guide product development and enhancements. • Enable the first end to end lifecycle management system in the automotive industry Experience and skills required: • Experience in deployment of Windriver solutions • Operational knowledge about CI/CD frameworks and DevOps technologies: Docker and Kubernetes. • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a technology driven environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to details, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Practical experience with automotive standards such as ASPICE, Autosar, Functional Safety, or others. • Experienced with Agile Team and CI/CD. • Challenging the status quo. • Plan ahead adopting future intelligence to break down barriers. • Innovative and challenging Aptiv to think outside the box, creating solutions which will enhance our technology landscape THIS IS WHAT YOU
