At ScotiaGBS we are looking for our new Software Engineer Specialist in Bogotá

What will you do?

-Collaborate with teammates to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications.
-Develop and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
-Apply best development and design practices and participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.
-Understand Java technologies.
-Develop, refine, and tune continuous integrations between applications.
-Analyze and resolve technical and application defects with excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.

What do you need?

-3+ years of technical working experience in system analysis, coding, debugging & testing with Java.
-Experience with Java/J2EE, Springboot, react/angular
-Basic knowledge of IDE’s for coding languages.
B2 level of English.
