    ?? Lugar: POB Conecta, Calle 26, Bogotá.

    ?? Horarios: Lunes a Viernes, Sabado cada 15 días. Presencial.

    Full time - 44 horas semanales.


    ¿Que harás?

    ? Gestión telefónica: Contactar clientes para negociar compromisos de pago y reducir morosidad.

    ? Análisis de cuentas: Usar herramientas para obtener información clave del cliente.

    ? Cumplimiento operativo: Seguir normas y procesos establecidos para cada segmento.



    Requisitos:

    ? Experiencia en cobranzas y/o contact center.

    ? Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.

    ? Orientación al cliente y atención al detalle

    Key Responsibilities
    Manage day-to-day banking administrative operations
    Handle and route client phone calls professionally and efficiently
    Support processes related to payments, validations, and transaction follow-ups
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely operations
    What We’re Looking For
    Minimum 6 months of experience in banking, financial services, administrative roles or CSR

    What will you do?

    • Work closely with end users, and business teams to understand business needs, conduct gap analysis and requirements assessments as needed.
    • Partner with Architecture on the design and integration.
    • Deliver and enhance new and current solutions and applications.
    • Be involved in the full life cycle of a project, responsible for producing actionable and complete specifications, writing production quality code, and implementation.
    • Design, deliver and implement a database schema.
    • Design test sets and automate where possible, including functional and non-functional testing, regression testing as well as performance testing.
    • Write deployment scripts and leverage tools such as the Accelerator pipeline to promote code.
    • Provide production support for platforms, tools and solutions.

    What do you need?
    Education
    High school, technician or technology diploma, bachelor’s degree,

    Technical Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience with Java Frameworks: Sprint, Junit, log4j
    • 5 + years database development skills with Oracle, Sybase or PostgreSQL
    • Hands-on experience working with Continuous Integration (CI) build-automation tools such as Maven, Gradle and Jenkins.
    • Experience with Git
    • Perform code review
    • Able to gather and analyze data from various sources to support decision making process.
    • Ensures all processes are documented in accordance with established policies and procedures.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with data technologies and databases, preferably in one or more of: PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Apache Kafka, comfortable wor
