A leading multinational company in the vision care and optical industry. It specializes in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, prescription glasses, sunglasses, and vision care solutions.

Qualified lawyer with a law degree from a Colombian university. A completed postgraduate specialization in areas such as Commercial Law and/or Contract Law will be considered a strong asset during the selection process.

Two to four years of experience in a similar legal role within the medical device and/or consumer goods industry. Direct experience working with multinational companies, as well as handling consumer protection and real estate matters.

Prepare legal opinions in response to inquiries submitted by internal clients

Ensure the timely identification of legal risks within the Company's operations and report them to the appropriate decision-makers.

Draft and review contracts and amendments to which the Company's legal entities and parent companies are parties, and coordinate the signature process.

Manage and maintain the contract tracking matrix and corporate documents of the Group's legal entities.

Continuously update the tracking records for Intake Forms and the Virtual Contract, Hiperlex, and Legisway platforms, as well as the corporate information available for the Company's legal entities.

Review and provide legal support in consumer protection matters involving the Group's legal entities before the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, in response to official requests, legal notices, and service of process issued by the authority.

Ensure the timely and appropriate defense of the Company's interests in accordance with the Colombian Consumer Protection Statute and the General Code of Procedure, with the aim of mitigating potential penalties.

Work arrangement: Hybrid 4+1 model, with four days per week in the office and one day working from home. One-year project-based employment contract.Salary: COP 6,000,000 per monthB2 level of English required.
