As a Junior Community Manager at BairesDev, you will assist in building and engaging with our online communities across various social media platforms. You'll help create content, respond to community members, monitor social conversations, and support the implementation of community growth strategies under the guidance of senior marketing professionals.

What You Will Do:

- Help create and publish engaging content for social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and interactions from community members.
- Monitor social media channels and online conversations about the brand.
- Assist in implementing community engagement strategies and campaigns.
- Help collect and analyze basic community metrics and engagement data.
- Support the organization of online and offline community events.
What we are looking for:

- 1+ year of experience in social media management or related field.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic understanding of content creation and community engagement strategies.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Good level of English.
