Staff Data Engineer at BairesDev

We are seeking a Staff Data Engineer with extensive experience in data processing, ETL/ELT workflows, and big data technologies. The ideal candidate will drive innovative data pipeline solutions, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient data infrastructure across complex enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement advanced data processing architectures and pipelines.
- Develop comprehensive ETL/ELT workflows for large-scale data transformation.
- Architect and optimize big data solutions using cutting-edge streaming and batch processing technologies.
- Create scalable data infrastructure to support complex business intelligence and analytics needs.
- Implement and manage data quality, reliability, and performance optimization strategies.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across data processing systems.
What we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in data engineering and big data technologies.
- Expert-level knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline design.
- Extensive experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, etc.).
- Proficiency in streaming data systems and real-time data processing.
- Strong skills in data modeling, transformation, and optimization.
- Proven track record of implementing scalable and resilient data architectures.
- Advanced level of English.
