    Embark on your programming journey as a Java Developer Intern, diving into Java basics and object-oriented principles. In this role, you'll learn through hands-on project involvement, gaining foundational Java development skills under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

    You will be part of the team responsible for administering Jira and Confluence for the whole company. On a daily basis, you'll provide support and services responding to requests received through a dedicated Jira Service space. The different needs range from troubleshooting access and permissions, improving space configurations, to implementing new spaces and finding the best solutions in Jira or Confluence for our users' needs. Aside from that, you'll also have space to work on improvements or internal tasks identified for the team's benefit, other teams, or the whole company's benefit.

    What You'll Do:

    - Help end users with the different requests they submit.
    - Listen and understand users' pain points regarding the usage of the tools.
    - Implement solutions in the tools, following best practices and the standards defined in the Tasks Management Support Area and the company.
