As a React Team Lead in our Development Team, your mission will be technically overseeing a team of experienced front and back developers. What You Will Do:
- Build a framework for other developers to build applications with. Initially focusing on building reactive dashboards with an option to make mobile versions of them. - Assist in coaching and mentoring other React developers. Here's what we're looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in React. - Advance agile methodologies management. - Advanced Design Patterns knowledge. - Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge. - Experience with Security. - Experience developing/integrating with large-scale applications. - Fully specialized in Backend, Frontend development areas. - Strong experience in coding reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines. - Expert understanding of the benefits/weaknesses of a client's requirements. - Advanced knowledge of the tradeoffs of choosing a certain technology. - Strong experience participating in meetings with clients, users, and stakeholders. - Experience leading teams, allocating tasks, identifying risks, decision making, estimating tasks, managing conflicts, and planning. - Advanced English level.

As a Junior NetSuite ERP Analyst at BairesDev, you will support the implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems for clients. You'll work with experienced consultants to configure modules, develop customizations, and provide system support while developing your skills in NetSuite ERP and business process analysis.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in configuring and customizing NetSuite ERP modules and features. - Help document client requirements and business processes. - Support system testing, data migration, and implementation activities. - Aid in developing reports, workflows, and dashboards. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful solution delivery. - Learn and apply best practices in NetSuite ERP implementations. What we are looking for:
- 1+ year of experience with NetSuite ERP or similar systems. - Basic knowledge of ERP concepts and business processes. - Familiarity with SuiteScript or JavaScript programming. - Understanding of accounting and financial processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good level of English.
