We’re looking for a strong TypeScript developer to join a fast-growing team working on impactful technology in the logistics space.
This is a role for someone who doesn’t just write code, but understands systems, thinks ahead, and enjoys building scalable solutions.
What you’ll be doing
Build and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS
Work closely with product and engineering teams to design efficient solutions
Contribute to systems that involve AI orchestration and automation
Support and collaborate on frontend development using React (when needed)
Help improve performance, structure, and overall system reliability
Must-haves
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong experience with TypeScript (this is critical)
Solid backend development experience (preferably with NestJS)
Understanding of AI orchestration concepts (APIs, workflows, integrations)
Ability to work independently and think through technical challenges
Compensation: $5.000.000 COP Monthly

Permanent employment contract with all legal benefits. (Contrato a termino indefinido)
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays and Sundays are off.
Colombian public holidays are worked and paid with the corresponding legal surcharge.
Salary paid in COP with bi-weekly payments.
Remote work from home, with the option to go to the office if you prefer at any time.
We provide you with the necessary equipment to work.
