    ¿Cuál será tu propósito?
    Liderar la definición, implementación y consolidación del modelo operativo de Datos Maestros y Gobierno de la Información en el marco del proyecto SAP S/4HANA, asegurando estándares, políticas y procesos que permitan datos íntegros y consistentes durante todo su ciclo de vida. Este rol es esencial para habilitar la eficiencia operativa, la escalabilidad y la adopción de mejores prácticas en los dominios de datos de la Familia Alquería.

    Responsabilidades principales:
    • Implementar y sostener el modelo operativo de datos maestros y gobierno del dato.
    • Definir y administrar estándares, políticas y controles para asegurar la calidad, trazabilidad e integridad de la información.
    • Consolidar procesos de monitoreo de KPIs de calidad del dato y proponer acciones de mejora.
    • Traducir hallazgos analíticos en conclusiones claras y accionables para diferentes audiencias.
    • Diseñar tableros e indicadores orientados a la toma de decisiones.
    • Trabajar de manera transversal con áreas de negocio, analítica y tecnología.

    Requisitos del cargo:
    Educación: Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras STEM, ideal con certificación en Gobierno del Dato o MDM.
    Experiencia:
    • Mínimo 3 años implementando proyectos relacionados con gobierno de la información, datos maestros o iniciativas similares.
    • Experiencia en análisis de datos, gestión de proyectos tecnológicos y participación en procesos de transformación digital.

    Ser el responsable de transformar datos crudos y conversaciones sociales en inteligencia estratégica accionable. Tu objetivo es proveer al Líder Estratégico y al Director Creativo de los insights necesarios para tomar decisiones, optimizar campañas y entender profundamente la salud y posicionamiento de la marca en el mercado.

    ¿Qué buscamos?
    Más de 3 años como Data Analyst y/o cargos similares.
    Experiencia demostrable en análisis de datos digitales, dashboards y herramientas de social listening (como Brandwatch, Talkwalker, etc.).
    Experiencia en análisis de sentimiento y reporte de KPIs de salud de marca (TOFU).
    Debe saber analizar métricas de contenido, medios o plataformas de entretenimiento.
    Habilidad para cruzar datos de múltiples fuentes (Paid Media, Social Listening, Web/App Analytics) para crear un reporte unificado.
    Experiencia presentando hallazgos a equipos creativos y estratégicos, no solo a otros analistas.
    Debe crear informes interactivos, fáciles de entender y creativos, que brinden valor y pueda ser digerible para cualquier persona.
    Salario: 3.000.000 ,Distribución salarial 60-40 (60 base salarial y el resto no prestacional)
