    Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el Global PIM/DAM Manager y con equipos de IT, producto y marketing para implementar buenas prácticas, soportar integraciones y garantizar la consistencia global del contenido y los activos digitales.

    Responsabilidades:
    Configurar y optimizar feeds de sindicación desde sistemas PIM hacia plataformas de eCommerce y marketplaces.
    Garantizar que los datos de producto cumplan con los requisitos específicos de cada partner.
    Diseñar y mantener modelos de datos, taxonomías y estándares de metadata escalables para plataformas PIM y DAM.
    Establecer políticas de gobernanza de datos para garantizar una única fuente de verdad del contenido de producto a nivel global.
    Participar en la integración de PIM/DAM con ERP, plataformas eCommerce y sistemas de sindicación.
    Apoyar procesos de onboarding y limpieza de datos de producto dentro del sistema PIM global.

    Requisitos:

    Requisitos técnicos
    Profesional o tecnólogo en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Datos, Ingeniería Analítica, Ciencia de Datos o afines.
    Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en inteligencia de negocios.
    Conocimiento en bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
    Experiencia en Data Warehouse, reporting y dashboards.
    Dominio de SQL y herramientas de visualización como Power BI (obligatorio).
    Conocimiento en herramientas como SQL, NoSQL, Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Airflow, entre otras.
    Experiencia en desarrollo y mantenimiento de pipelines de datos y arquitecturas distribuidas.
    Responsabilidades
    Diseñar reportes y visualizaciones que faciliten la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
    Automatizar procesos manuales mediante SQL, Python u otras tecnologías.
    Centralizar y estructurar procesos de bases de datos (ETL).
    Optimizar procesos automatizados para mejorar eficiencia y escalabilidad.
    Evaluar la viabilidad técnica de nuevas iniciativas.
    Trabajar de la mano con Operaciones, Finanzas, Comercial y demás áreas para generar métricas de impacto real.
