    Job Description
    The Junior Cash Applications Analyst is responsible for accurately processing and applying customer payments within the Accounts Receivable area, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls. This role includes supporting daily bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and reporting activities, as well as collaborating with internal teams, customers, and banks to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.

    Requirements

    Education: Technical, technological, or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

    Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and bank reconciliation processes.

    Experience: Two years. Previous experience in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable is preferred.

    Systems: Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or BOSS is an advantage.

    Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.

    Communication: Ability to interact effectively with clients, banks, and internal teams.

    Languages: Intermediate to advanced English level.

    Base salary: COP $2,600,000

    Transportation allowance: COP $200,000

    Well-being allowance: COP $300,000

    Language allowance: COP $800,000

    Employment type: Permanent contract directly with the company

    Brindar soporte nivel 3 a aplicaciones internas, asegurando la continuidad del servicio, el análisis y resolución de incidentes complejos, y el seguimiento a entregas, mejoras, updates y upgrades para operación regional, cumpliendo estándares internos y requerimientos de auditoría.

    ?? Responsabilidades principales

    Atender soporte L3: análisis, diagnóstico, documentación y entrega de solución para nivel 2 y/o usuario final.

    Realizar seguimiento a iniciativas y requerimientos por país para sostener la operación del negocio.

    Gestionar la entrega de Updates/Upgrades a ambientes de pruebas y producción (control y trazabilidad).

    Hacer seguimiento a tracks de entrega: cronogramas, reportería, comités/reuniones y control de avances.

    Elaborar y mantener la documentación requerida para cumplimiento de normas internas y auditorías.

    ? Requisitos del cargo
    Formación

    Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas o afines.

    Experiencia

    5 años de experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones / analista de sistemas / operación de plataformas (idealmente en entornos regulados).

    Conocimientos técnicos (obligatorios)

    Oracle SQL (consultas, joins, agregaciones, análisis para diagnóstico y reportería).

    Experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones (incidentes L2/L3, troubleshooting, análisis de causa raíz).

    Conocimiento práctico de control de cambios, evidencias y seguimiento de despliegues (QA ? Producción).

    Conocimientos deseables

    Experiencia en sector financiero / bancario / seguros.

    Herramientas: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.

    SunSystems (deseable).

    Gestión de proyectos / Gobierno de TI (deseable).

    Portugués (deseable).

    Idioma

    Inglés B2.

    Responsabilidades

    Diseñar y construir dashboards estratégicos para la toma de decisiones en producto, operaciones, crecimiento, conversión y retención.

    Definir y establecer KPIs clave junto a Producto, Growth y C-Level.

    Evaluar e implementar nuevas tecnologías para data collection, data warehousing y visualización.

    Desarrollar procesos escalables de instrumentación de eventos y tracking.

    Crear modelos de análisis para productos complementarios como nuestro panel de pagos para empresas.

    Ser el referente técnico y estratégico en temas de datos para toda la organización.

    Contribuir en la contratación y formación de un equipo de Data & Analytics a futuro.

    Requisitos

    +4 años de experiencia en análisis de datos, idealmente en startups tech o fintechs.

    Experiencia construyendo dashboards e informes ejecutivos desde cero.

    Conocimiento avanzado en SQL y manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos.
