Gestionar el ciclo completo de reclutamiento (desde atracción hasta cierre).
Ejecutar procesos masivos y también procesos específicos de áreas diversas.
Comunicarte de manera efectiva en español, inglés y portugués con candidatos, clientes internos y stakeholders.
Usar herramientas y plataformas de reclutamiento para garantizar procesos ágiles y efectivos.
Construir relaciones de confianza con clientes internos, generando valor en cada interacción.
?? Lo que buscamos
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en reclutamiento.
Nivel de inglés B2 y portugués B2 (indispensables).
Habilidades sólidas de comunicación multilingüe.
Capacidad para manejar procesos de selección masivos y especializados.

Contrato indefinido.
Salario: $5,300,000 + auxilio transporte $120,000 + bono anual del 10% del salario (en abril de cada año).
Vacaciones extendidas: 20 días hábiles al año.
Horario laboral estable: lunes a viernes de 8:30 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. (40 horas semanales).

- Disponibilidad total para turnos rotativos.
Formación: Bachiller, Técnico o Tecnólogo.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Atender a cada cliente con actitud positiva y profesional.
- Aconsejar sobre productos y combinaciones con conocimiento de moda y estilo.
- Cumplir con metas diarias/semanales de ventas y tickets.
- Participar en procesos operativos: caja, inventarios, reposición, etiquetado, bodega.
- Asegurar que la tienda luzca impecable y que cada detalle refleje la marca.
- Colaborar con sus compañeras en un ambiente dinámico, alegre y orientado al crecimiento.
