  • El equipo de Third Party Programs tiene la misión de administrar aquellos programas, convenios y proyectos de educación y empleo en los que una organización externa confía en nosotros para implementar nuestra metodología y tecnología para el beneficio de comunidades y poblaciones de su interés.

    A través de este proceso estamos buscando un perfil que pueda desarrollar las siguientes actividades:
    Establecer comunicación permanente con los clientes que adquieren licencias de las plataforma tecnológicas de Kuepa para atender sus necesidades inmediatas y orientarlos en la mejor forma de usarlas.
    Generar un puente entre el usuario final, el equipo administrativo de las alianzas y el equipo interno de tecnología de Kuepa para que las implementaciones se lleven a cabo en tiempo y forma con las mayores eficiencias de todas las partes involucradas.
    Generar estrategias para que la implementación de los sistemas de Kuepa funcione de la mejor manera para el cliente, en el menor tiempo posible.
    Generar documentación y material visual de apoyo al proceso de implementación de las plataformas de Kuepa (manuales complementarios, guías de uso, tutoriales) que ayude a que las implementaciones sean exitosas.
    Supervisar que los tiempos de respuesta ofrecidos por el área de tecnología cumplen con los compromisos acordados con el cliente.
    Planear el cronograma de los proyectos o programas asignados por el Líder de área.
    Ejecutar el cronograma de trabajo acordado con los clientes de los proyectos o programas asignados por el Líder de área.
    Realizar seguimiento a los proyectos o programas en ejecución, verificando que se estén desarrollando correctamente.
    Presentar informes de gestión de los proyectos o programas para clientes y el Líder de área.
    Presentar el cumpliemiento de los indicadores de gestión.
