Tech navigator / java developer

At CGI, we are looking for a Tech Navigator to work on an international project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Conversational English (B2 level or higher).
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Developer in Java 11/17.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in deployment and development in Cloud (Azure or GCP).
- Progressive experience in IT (analysis, design, development, production).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with leadership activities.
- Experience with cloud technologies and application enablement is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage operational readiness and the technical environments required for project execution.
- Manage deployments and emergency changes from planning through completion.
- Create and maintain deployment strategies and checklists.
- Negotiate project requirements, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Maintain strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate daily operational project activities to meet timeline and scope requirements.

- Leadership and Organization: Effectively leads project teams, managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and promoting alignment and accountability.
- Stakeholder Management: Builds strong relationships across departments and with clients.
- Decision-Making: Balances technical feasibility, deadlines, and business needs.
