    - Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes

    - Proven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively, as well as multitasking skills.
    - Degree in Business, Systems, HR or in a related field.
    - 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
    - Advanced English level.

    Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Industrial, Química, Electrónica, Administración o carreras afines.

    ?? Experiencia requerida

    -Experiencia mínima de tres (3) años como Business Analyst, Product Owner o roles similares.
    -Experiencia en levantamiento, documentación y gestión de requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales.
    -Experiencia trabajando en entornos Agile (Scrum / Kanban).
    -Experiencia en construcción de historias de usuario, criterios de aceptación y gestión de backlog.
    -Experiencia en análisis de datos y generación de reportes para toma de decisiones.
    -Experiencia trabajando con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio.

    ?? Conocimientos técnicos requeridos

    -Experiencia en construcción de historias de usuario y documentación (BRD, URD).
