Presently attending or better yet with a Bachelor Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related degrees / major with
One or more years’ experience in technology projects and no code development.
One or more years’ experience in Operational Areas process mapping and or documentation of users requirements
One or more years’ experience in Agile methodology.

This position prefers some experience on process reegineering and transactional messaging mapping, good project management, good problem solving, communication, presentation and management skills

Responsabilidades y atribuciones:
Implement workflow applications administration at any of the 22 Latin American countries.
Work together with their SMEs in the workflow and dataflow definitions as part of the Project Requirements
Maintain standard workflow & dataflow solutions within regional Workflow & Imaging applications
Requisitos y competencias:
Knowledge of process reengineering and transaction messaging mapping highly desirable. Implement workflow and dataflow definitions within APP a Workflow application throughout the 22 Latin American Countries.
Technological Background is a must, since the workflow and dataflow administration operational activities are performed using Imaging & Workflow applications with high level of integration with existing front end and back end applications
Good communication, negotiation skills and service attitude are of the essence in working with large and multi-country/multicultural regional users and drive their efforts into the implementation according to the schedule of the project.
The complexity of an accelerated project plan and parallelism of the countries implementation requires a high degree of Problem Solving and Creativity together with after normal hours and weekends working, as well as traveling during project migrations.

Oral (minimum enough to be able to keep a conversation with resources in USA or outside USA)
Written : (minimum capable of understanding technical documentation like Functional Development Requests , or processes as well as being able to Exchange emails with resources within or / and outside USA)
