Bilingual Dispatch Support Specialist

Location: Bogotá or Barranquilla, Colombia
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday to Friday (LA Time, +2 hours)

About the Role

We are seeking a Dispatch Support Specialist to join our growing operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient dispatch operations, coordinating shipments, resolving logistics-related issues, and supporting the dispatch team to maintain high service standards for customers.

**Key Responsibilities

- Resolve operational issues and challenges related to dispatch services.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the dispatch team.
- Ensure the efficient and timely dispatch of goods to customers.
- Monitor shipment progress and address any delivery concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize dispatch processes and service quality.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatch operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and dispatch functions.

**Requirements

- Technical degree, technologist degree, or professional degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid English level
- Previous experience in international dispatch operations is required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics and dispatch management processes.
