We’re looking for a Software QA Analyst ????
Join our software and QA team to lead manual testing for platforms like Amazon and Walmart, while contributing to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHA YOU WILL DO
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and resolve bugs.
- Design and execute manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts for new and existing features.
- Review business requirements and technical specifications to develop comprehensive test strategies.
- Document and track defects, providing clear and detailed reports to developers.
- Perform regression, integration, and performance testing across web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure software meets quality standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and contribute to design improvements.
- Create and maintain QA documentation, dashboards, and test data.
- Participate in ticket intake, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues when needed.
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous testing.
- Research and apply new QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1 is required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing and exposure to automation
- Proficient in Java, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Google Suite, with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Full experience in Performance testing
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build QA processes from scratch in a dynamic, Agile environment.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to bridge technical and business needs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
