We are seeking a highly organized and polished Client Success Coordinator to join our team in supporting high-level clients within the educational services sector. As a "white-glove" service provider, Groza is dedicated to excellence, and this role is the heartbeat of that commitment. You will act as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and our elite team of educators, managing complex scheduling logistics while maintaining a sophisticated and empathetic communication style.
Key Responsibilities
• High-Volume Scheduling: Manage, coordinate, and maintain 25–70 daily schedules for students, teachers, and tutoring sessions with high precision.
• Client Relationship Management: Provide proactive, concierge-level support to high-profile clients via video calls, telephone, and text, ensuring every interaction reflects our premium service standards.
• Communication Hub: Serve as the seamless bridge between parents, students, and tutors to ensure clarity, timely updates, and resolution of any logistical concerns.
• Operational Excellence: Utilize Microsoft-based platforms as the primary scheduling portal, supplemented by Google Voice for quick, effective client coordination.
Requerimientos
• English: Advanced/Fluent (Must demonstrate fluid, articulate, and confident command of the language).
• Experience: Proven background in high-end customer service, executive administration, or a similar "white-glove" environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite/Scheduling tools and comfort learning new platforms.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, grace under pressure, and impeccable professional etiquette.
• Availability: Ability to work full-time according to PST (Pacific Standard Time) working hours.
