Job Title:
Customer Service Specialist.
Position Description:
This position is to do data analysis to identify top risks and non-compliance areas from offline service repairs from Latin America service centers and follow up with actions to improve
Responsibilities
- Analyze offline repair service orders from service centers from all Latin America countries to identify whether the service centers are registering consumer information, failure symptom, repair method and spare parts used correctly;
- Audit DOA/DAP processing compliance from all Latin America countries;
- Onsite audit of service centers to check compliance with Huawei requirements;
- Audit service center claims data and appeals approval compliance;
- Send weekly report based on data analysis and audit results;
- Follow up with each country for the action plans for improvement.
Professional knowledge:
1. Familiar with customer service areas;
2. Proficient in using Microsoft office tools, especially Excel;
3. Capable of making data analysis to identify top risks;
4. Knowledge of offline repair including repair method, failure symptoms and spare parts used.
Professional skills:
1. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
2. Details oriented
3. Strong communication skills to follow up with others for improvement
4. ability to output reports.
Basic Requirements and Work Experience:
1. Education background Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
2. Office time: 100% office time.
3. Language requirement: English and Spanish; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Work experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in service areas and technicians with repair experience are preferred
