As a member of our team, you'll be at the forefront, providing operational support for cutting-edge Cyber Security technologies and processes. Your mission? To be the weekday sentinel—the primary guardian overseeing incident response activities related to endpoint, network, and mail security across the AMERICAS region.

If you're well-versed in incident response frameworks, threat intelligence, and the art of security event analysis, this is your golden ticket. In our dynamic, distributed SOC, we've adopted a balanced 9am-to-6pm shift model spanning five days a week. Your personal time remains yours, unencumbered.

This is a remote-first role. If you're based in Colombia, we kindly ask for your presence in the office once a month—just enough to stay grounded with the team while keeping flexibility at the forefront.
