About the Role
We are seeking a Demand Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure to support forecasting, planning, and performance analysis across cloud-based initiatives. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into data-driven insights, enabling accurate demand planning for ongoing and upcoming Azure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze demand trends and resource requirements across Azure and cloud environments.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to forecast workloads and capacity.
Build and maintain analytical models supporting cloud resource optimization.
Support planning and prioritization within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Prepare clear, data-backed reports for stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements
4–6 years of experience as Demand Analyst, Cloud Analyst, or related role.
Proven experience with Azure cloud projects and ecosystem.
Strong analytical and data modeling skills.
Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments.

PMP certification is a plus.
Advanced English and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Power BI, Excel, or other analytics tools.
Understanding of Azure Cost Management, DevOps, and cloud capacity planning.

Strong business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally.

Salary: To be determined.
