Requirements
Must have:
Proven experience overseeing CI/CD pipelines and promoting enhanced SDLC processes and DevOps practices to improve the quality of enterprise IT solutions
Strong background in developing high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
Ability to define all aspects of development, including technology stack, workflows, and coding standards
Excellent communication skills to convey concepts and guidelines to development teams and stakeholders
Experience monitoring development progress to ensure alignment with initial designs
Ability to provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
Strong focus on software quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams, including senior management, developers, project managers, and architects
Experience identifying collaboration opportunities with other teams to improve quality through automation
Hands-on experience maintaining and enhancing DevOps tools and executing automation scripts
Nice to have:
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps toolchains
Experience with infrastructure as code and monitoring solutions
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools
Responsibilities
