At Seres Humanos Realizados, we are currently supporting James Immigration Law in the search for a Family / Humanitarian Team Supervisor to lead a high-performing legal team focused on U.S. immigration processes.

This role is critical in ensuring excellence in legal writing, case management, and compliance, while also driving team performance and maintaining efficient case flow. It is a leadership position that requires both strong technical expertise and people management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality, accuracy, and completeness of legal documents and immigration cases.
- Manage case flow to ensure adherence to internal timelines.
- Coordinate and support the preparation of RFE (Request for Evidence) responses.
- Provide ongoing feedback, conduct one-on-one meetings, and monitor team performance.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Communicate with clients when needed to provide updates or address case-related situations.
- Coordinate filing fee processes with the billing team.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Modern Languages, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience handling immigration cases (USCIS).
- Strong understanding of legal case workflows and immigration processes.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management systems.

Conditions
- Salary: COP $9,000,000 per month.
- Indefinite-term contract (direct hire with the client company).
- Full legal benefits as per Colombian law.
- Work schedule: 42 hours per week (flexible based on operational needs).
- Location: On-site in Bogotá or Medellín.
