Position Objective: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and standardization of quality best practices, development of team competencies, alignment and deployment of global strategy, standards, and improvement projects in the local operation to support quality cultural transformation and ensuring that company’s products and service is fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations.
Requirements:
• Professional in industrial engineering, food, chemistry or related careers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Specific experience in quality and in the implementation of quality management systems.
• Knowledge of BRC, HACCP and ISO 9001.
• Experience in food manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience in internal and external auditing
• Knowledge of international standards, practices and programs.
• Advanced English
