Head of Design (Remote – Bogotá, Colombia)

This company is a global sportswear and lifestyle brand focused on high-performance apparel, strong visual identity, and international growth. We collaborate with athletes, clubs, and partners to create brands that stand out on and off the field.
We are seeking a Head of Design to lead our creative team remotely from Bogotá, Colombia. This role blends creative leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence, ensuring high-quality, on-brand design while maintaining clear and professional communication with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage design projects, workflows, revisions, and approvals
Coordinate closely with marketing, product, leadership teams, and customers
Act as a creative point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Oversee daily design team operations and provide constructive feedback
Ensure quality control and on-time delivery of all creative assets
Manage and organize design files and brand assets
Optimize design systems, processes, and workflows
Coordinate and supervise external vendors and freelancers

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a design leadership role (Head of Design, Art Director, or similar)
Strong communication skills, including direct interaction with customers and stakeholders
Strategic, creative, and highly detail-oriented
Experience working with remote teams
English proficiency required
Portfolio required
