Own the design and delivery of data-driven solutions that enable better
decision-making across the organization. This role focuses primarily on data &
analytics (80%), while providing light support (20%) in the administration and
implementation of Procore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI.
2. Translate business needs into data models, KPIs, and actionable insights.
3. Extract and manipulate data using SQL.
4. Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across sources.
5. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data processes.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of data solutions.
7. Provide light support in Procore administration (user setup, basic
configuration

Minimum Academic Background and/or Formal Training
? University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering,
Information Systems, Law, or related fields.
Experience:
? 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
? Proven track record building end-to-end Power BI solutions (data
modeling, dashboards used by business teams).
? Hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and
transformation.

? Exposure to system implementations or supporting business tools (nice to
have, not mandatory).
