Job Purpose

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing medium- to long-term strategies for key account retention and growth within the corporate travel sector. This role acts as the primary liaison with the client in the region, ensuring satisfaction through customized plans, contract management, compliance, and effective communication at both regional and global levels.

Key Responsibilities

Contract & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to contractual terms and SLAs, coordinate periodic reviews, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
Strategic & Project Management: Develop strategic plans aligned with client objectives, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives to optimize costs and processes.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor travel spending patterns, prepare performance reports, and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for escalations and inquiries, coordinate strategic meetings, and strengthen internal and external relationships.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in key account management within a Travel Management Company (TMC) or corporate travel environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and market data.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Ability to work in multicultural environments and within matrix structures.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
