Requirements
• Required – Technical Skills
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise network administration.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI, VLANs, QoS, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
• Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks.
• Cisco Switching & Routing administration.
• Experience with static and dynamic routing protocols.
• Experience managing Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Knowledge of HSRP, 802.1Q Trunking, and VTP.
• Experience with remote access tools and configuration backups.
• Ability to monitor and optimize network performance.
• Experience managing and resolving infrastructure incidents.

• Nice to Have (Technical Skills)
• Experience with Citrix NetScaler (ADC)
• Knowledge of VoIP and SIP
• Experience with enterprise wireless networks
• CCNA, CCNP, PCNSA, or PCNSE certifications
• Experience with monitoring and automation tools
• Knowledge of hybrid environments or cloud networking

• Responsibilities (Activities to perform)
• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize the organization's network and telecommunications infrastructures to ensure secure, stable, and efficient communications.
• Responsible for the administration of network and telecommunications systems, including hardware and software configuration, network security management, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Focused on preventing service interruptions, improving connection speed and quality, and ensuring the protection of transmitted data.
• Work proactively to anticipate and resolve issues, update and optimize infrastructure based on the changing needs of the organization, and keep up with the latest technologies and trends in networks and telecommunications.
