Operations analyst - import/export freight forwarder in uk

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented operations analyst to join our growing team! ??
In this role, you’ll manage time-critical Aerospace & Aviation shipments from start to finish, ensuring everything moves smoothly, accurately, and urgently — just like the industry demands.

?? Your Responsibilities Will Include:
?? Coordinate international aerospace/aviation freight shipments
?? Daily communication with global logistics partners & suppliers
?? Handle urgent shipment requests with speed and precision
?? Book airfreight cargo ?? and manage post-flight checks
?? Provide regular client updates and ensure full visibility ??
?? Complete administrative tasks: invoicing, documentation, file management
?? Report any issues to your supervisor promptly ??
?? Follow internal SOPs and customer-specific guidelines

?? What We’re Looking For:
? Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding - logistics or supply chain industry
? Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
? Strong communication & time-management skills ??
? Attention to detail and urgency under pressure
? Comfortable using logistics systems and platforms ???


? Working Hours & Compensation:
?? Monday to Friday Night Shift 04:00 pm to 12:00 am Bogota time(standard hours)
?? Flexibility required for urgent movements
