The Planner Specialist – Multifamily is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing renovation and flooring projects across multiple multifamily properties. This role ensures alignment between operations, sales, and property management, guaranteeing the proper preparation of quotes, scheduling of work, and performance tracking for efficient execution.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage project quotes, ensuring accuracy in scope, materials, and costs.
• Plan, adjust, and coordinate work schedules, aligned with operational capacity and client timelines.
• Serve as the point of contact between sales teams, property managers, and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and smooth Project execution.
• Oversee the proper use of operational tools such as Job Runner and lead the transition to Nancy ERP within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Ensure proper Project tracking from inception to completion.

Reports and Data Analysis:
• Prepare and analyze weekly operational reports, including: Completed jobs, Qualities (error analysis and continuous improvement), Shortages (analysis of material shortages), Material stock-outs, Uncovered jobs (uncompleted jobs)

Develop analytical reports and dashboards to:
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Compare results with previous periods.
• Support data-driven decision-making.
• Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in planning, scheduling, and control processes.
• Ensure the integrity and consistency of information in systems and reports.
