At CGI, we are looking for a Power BI specialist to work on an international project.

Requirements:
- Technical, technological, or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Conversational English (B2 level or higher).
- 7+ years of experience in BI development, with a strong focus on Power BI.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and stored procedures.
- Solid experience in data engineering and ETL processes.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, M, and Power Query.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and data platform technologies.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Implement and maintain ETL processes for data integration from multiple sources.
- Optimize data models and queries for improved performance.
- Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and implement data reconciliation processes.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Implement and maintain data governance and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.

- Has a track record of successfully implementing BI solutions that drive business value.
- Shows initiative in staying current with the latest BI trends and technologies.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Has experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates a passion for data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
