Process Mining Developer
We are seeking a skilled process mining developer with expertise in SQL, DBT, Python, and ETL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and data science, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying process mining solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating and optimizing ETL pipelines, designing and implementing data models, and developing custom process mining algorithms. Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing solutions to optimize processes and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Performing Process Analysis to uncover insights and patterns from the process model.
Designing and developing ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the process mining system.
Designing and implementing data models for process mining, including event logs, process models, and performance metrics.
Developing custom process mining algorithms to analyze and visualize process data and identify process improvement opportunities.
Collaborating with data scientists and/or other stakeholders to ensure that the process mining system is accurate, reliable, and effective.
Optimizing the performance of the process mining system to ensure that it can handle large volumes of data and complex process models.
Creating dashboards and reports to communicate process performance to stakeholders.
Maintaining and updating the process mining system to ensure that it is aligned with business needs and changing data environments.
Staying up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies and techniques in process mining and data analytics.

General Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a process mining development.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and process optimization techniques.
- Knowledge to key business processes (i.e., procure to pay, order to cash, etc.).
- Background in “data side” of business process analysis.
- Knowledge of data within ERP, CRM applications (i.e., SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience with Data Structures, Data Analsis and ETL.
- Experience with SQL constructs and concepts.
- Experience with Data Analysis work such as Unique identifiers, Data Normalization, Scrubbing (string manipulation, data exception handling, data relationships, etc.).
- Experience with scripting technologies (Python , SQL, Excel VBA, etc.)
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SQL/SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and process owners.
- Experience with process mining tools and software (i.e., UiPath, Celonis, Signavio).
- Specific Data Science experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of UiPath's suite of automation tools, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots is a plus.
