eCommerce Project Manager

Requirements

Must Have

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading complex initiatives.
PMP certification.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
Knowledge of digital and eCommerce environments.
Nice to Have

Experience in Risk Management.
Experience in Stakeholder and Client Management.
Knowledge of Scope Management.
Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of an eCommerce transformation program, covering all phases: definition, implementation, rollout, hypercare, and post–go-live stabilization.
Own and maintain the integrated project plan, managing scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and budget.
Coordinate Agile execution across multiple Scrum teams and delivery pods.
Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact with client project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, proactively managing risks, issues, and mitigation plans, and ensuring timely escalation when required.
Ensure delivery quality by coordinating QA activities, UAT, and formal acceptance of deliverables.
Manage scope control and change requests in alignment with contractual and governance processes.
Track project financials, including effort consumption, burn rate, and milestone readiness.
Prepare and lead governance meetings, status reports, steering committees, and milestone reviews.
Coordinate rollout activities, knowledge transfer, hypercare support, and post–go-live stabilization.
Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, UX/UI teams, Engineering Pods, QA, OCM teams, and Client stakeholders, ensuring delivery aligned with the SOW and expected business outcomes.
Language Requirement

Advanced English proficiency (80–95%)

Location

Colombia (hybrid work model, with availability to travel to the United States).

Candidate must hold a valid U.S. visa.
