Requirements
QA Automation Testing.
Experience with enterprise web applications.
Automated testing frameworks such as Playwright (Nice to have: Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent).
Experience with RESTful API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Experience validating functional workflows, approval flows, user roles, and application behavior.
Experience executing functional, regression, integration, and accessibility testing.
Familiarity with Angular-based front-end applications and .NET back-end services.
Experience validating responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across devices and browsers.
Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG.
Experience creating test cases based on user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and defect tracking processes.
Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, Front End, and Back End Developers.
4+ years of experience in QA Automation testing.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases for the FFS module integrated into the Operations Portal.
Validate end-to-end business workflows, approval flows, user roles, and functional behavior.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and accessibility testing.
Perform API testing and validation for services and integrations related to Convergence, BEO, and ServiceNow.
Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst to validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
Collaborate with Front End and Back End Developers to identify, reproduce, and validate defect resolution.
Validate responsive behavior and cross-browser compatibility across supported devices and browsers.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and evidence documentation.
Track, document, and follow up on defects using project-agreed tools and processes.
Support release validation and Hypercare activities after production deployment.
Ensure quality standards are met across all testing phases and deliverables.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation practices.
