Are you passionate about training and skills development within sales teams?
We are looking for someone with +4 years of experience leading training processes for sales forces in point of sales, virtual training, social media, and digital tools.
Advanced level of English is a must
What will be your main responsibilities:
• Training Delivery Operation Management. Responsible for the routine operation management of Country Training Planning, Delivery and, Results.
• Courseware & Curriculum Operation Management. In synchronization with the Global Retail Training Strategy & Content team and Regional Depts., Ensure Training Material Needs are collected from Key Countries during the design & development process of new Product Training Materials
• Training Program Delivery & Operation Management. Responsible for the design & development of Training Programs across the Region to enhance regional business objectives including; reward & recognition programs, training workshops, certifications / upskilling programs and, directly support on-ground training programs / initiatives in Key Countries across the Region.
