Requirements
Must to have:
Responsible for leading the management, support, and optimization of functional processes within SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP QM (Quality Management), and SAP Fieldglass modules, ensuring operational continuity and the proper handling of incidents, requests, and improvements within the AMS support model.
This role focuses on resolving complex tickets, performing root cause analysis, maintaining system stability, and driving continuous process improvement, ensuring compliance with established SLAs and end-user satisfaction.
The Senior Consultant serves as the main escalation point for critical incidents, providing functional support and strategic guidance to maintenance, quality, procurement, human resources, and external services teams. Additionally, they mentor and support junior and mid-level consultants within the help desk structure.
Experience is required in managing maintenance orders, notifications, preventive plans, quality inspections, QM notifications, external vendor processes, workforce management, and service procurement within SAP Fieldglass.
Additionally, experience in data analysis using Datasphere, BW/Data Builder (semantic and analytical), Spaces, Data Products, and Analytical Models is highly valued for reporting generation and decision-making support.

Responsibilities
Lead the resolution of complex AMS support tickets related to SAP Fieldglass operations.
Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring system stability and timely resolution.
Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.
Ensure SLA compliance and maintain clear communication with stakeholders on incident progress and outcomes.
Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP Fieldglass modules including Contingent Workforce, Services, and Invoicing.
Optimize business workflows for requisition approvals, timesheet submissions, and invoice processing.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential risks or bottlenecks.
Manage and support integrations between SAP Fieldglass and ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
Ensure accurate and consistent exchange of supplier, worker, and financial data across systems.
Troubleshoot interface issues and maintain reliable data synchronization.
Collaborate with HR, Procurement, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into effective Fieldglass solutions.
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior and proficient consultants.
Act as a subject matter expert in AMS operations, workshops, and client discussions.
Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement within AMS workflows.
Leverage new SAP Fieldglass features and updates to drive innovation.
Document technical solutions, best practices, and lessons learned for knowledge sharing.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and data privacy standards.
