Requirements
Must to have:
SAP Mobile Asset Management (SAP MAM).
Asset Management and Maintenance Processes.
AMS Support and Ticket Management.
Experience resolving moderately complex mobile asset management incidents.
Knowledge of SAP PM and EAM backend integration.
Experience with mobile application synchronization and user access management.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and propose preventive measures.
Strong understanding of mobile asset workflows and compliance requirements.
Experience validating asset data, work orders, and mobile transactions.
Knowledge of SAP Datasphere.
Experience developing Functional Specifications.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications, CDS Views, and related concepts.
Ability to collaborate with ABAP and development teams.
Experience troubleshooting technical and functional issues with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of SAP MAM best practices and mobile configuration management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
Independently manage and resolve AMS support tickets related to SAP Mobile Asset Management applications.
Analyze and resolve synchronization, performance, and user access issues in mobile environments.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive solutions.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding ticket status, progress, and resolution.
Execute and monitor mobile asset management operations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with maintenance standards.
Validate asset master data, work orders, notifications, and mobile transactions.
Maintain and support mobile application configurations and user roles.
Debug and resolve technical and functional issues with minimal supervision.
Support integrations between SAP MAM and backend systems such as SAP PM and EAM.
Document recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to align mobile asset processes with business requirements.
Participate in solution reviews and enforce SAP MAM best practices.
Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior consultants.
Identify opportunities to improve automation, monitoring, and error handling in mobile asset processes.
Stay current with SAP MAM updates, enhancements, and new functionalities.
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and data privacy standards.
