Requirements
Experience in production support of SAP OTC solutions, including order management, pricing, billing, and payment processing.
Strong functional expertise in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
Experience with end-to-end OTC business processes and their integration with other SAP modules.
Strong focus on functional process design, configuration, and customization within SAP OTC.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
Experience supporting and optimizing OTC processes in productive environments.
Deep experience with Mexico and USA SAP localization requirements.
Experience creating new fields in Customer Master and Sales Order.
Hands-on experience developing CDS Views.
Experience integrating CDS Views using middleware solutions such as Boomi, without the use of web services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and technical teams.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Provide functional production support for SAP OTC solutions.
Support and optimize order management, pricing, billing, and payment processing processes.
Analyze business requirements related to OTC processes and translate them into SAP configurations.
Design, configure, and customize SAP SD functionalities to support business processes.
Create and enhance fields in Customer Master and Sales Order objects as required.
Design and create CDS Views to support reporting and integration needs.
Collaborate with middleware teams to enable CDS-based integrations using tools such as Boomi.
Ensure OTC processes function efficiently and according to business requirements.
Support localization requirements for Mexico and USA business processes.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure stable and scalable solutions.
Provide documentation and functional guidance related to OTC solutions and configurations.
