We are looking for a Senior Customer Insights Analyst to strengthen our customer retention and growth strategy.

?? What will your impact be?
You will be a key player in our Client Experience (CCX) program, supporting:
Feedback analysis to identify drivers of loyalty and satisfaction
Generation of actionable insights for growth and retention
Configuration and administration of experience tools (Qualtrics)
Management and validation of complex databases
Monitoring KPIs and CRM (Salesforce/SAP)
It's not just reporting. It's analysis with real impact on the business.
?? What are we looking for?
B2+ English or higher
? Knowledge of tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, or similar
? +3 years of experience in customer experience measurement (B2B or B2C)
? Experience in survey analysis (NPS, CSAT, loyalty drivers)
? Advanced Power BI (modeling, visualization, storytelling)
? Handling large volumes of data in Excel
? Experience extracting information from Salesforce and SAP
