Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack .NET Product Engineering Lead to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-scale software products built on the Microsoft technology stack. This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise combined with strong leadership and communication skills.

The position is ideal for professionals who can operate either as a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) or as a Technical Manager, providing architectural leadership, mentoring teams, and driving end-to-end product delivery within large enterprise environments.

**Key Responsibilities

- Product Design & Architecture
- Lead the design and architecture of complex software products within the .NET ecosystem.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Define technical roadmaps, system integrations, and application architecture standards.

**Full-Stack Software Development

- Develop high-quality enterprise applications using:
- C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
- WinForms
- Web APIs / REST services
- Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance optimization)
- Build and maintain service-oriented applications (SOA) and system integrations.
- Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

**Technical Leadership (IC or Manager Track)

- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices and quality standards.
- Lead technical decision-making, planning, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate closely with architects, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders.

**Enterprise Delivery & SDLC Execution

- Operate within large-scale enterprise SDLC frameworks across all phases: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise IT governance, security standards, documentation, and audit requirements.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum / Kanban).
- Partner with QA teams to ensure high-quality, defect-free releases.

**Communication & Collaboration

- Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Produce detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications.
- Present technical updates, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders and leadership.

**Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with strong full-stack expertise.
- Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, WinForms, Web APIs, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of SOA, enterprise integration patterns, and API-driven architectures.
- Proven experience working in large enterprise IT environments with structured SDLC processes.
- Ability to lead end-to-end product delivery as both a hands-on engineer and technical leader.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with strong documentation and presentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to microservices, containerization, or message-based architectures.
- Experience in regulated, security-sensitive, or global enterprise environments.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and design considerations.
