Requirements
• Required – Technical Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience administering Linux server environments.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS, Ubuntu Linux.
• Experience performing operating system installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
• Knowledge of server monitoring and performance tuning.
• Experience in capacity planning and infrastructure maintenance.
• Understanding of system security, user administration, and access management.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, operating system, and application performance issues.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, NTP.

• Responsibilities (Activities to perform)
• Manage and administer Linux server environments to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.
• Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade server hardware and operating systems.
• Monitor server performance, system health, and resource utilization.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Perform system updates, patch management, and security remediation activities.
• Plan and manage server capacity to support business growth and operational requirements.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities to minimize service interruptions and unplanned downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, operating system, and infrastructure-related incidents.
• Implement and enforce security standards, access controls, and system hardening practices.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Collaborate with network, database, application, and security teams.
• Document configurations, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution efforts.
