We seek a talented, experienced Solution Architect to join our Digital Innovation team and be responsible for designing technical systems that are reliable, mature, and flexible. You will work from ideation to implementation, drive innovation, pro-vide technical expertise, and ensure seamless collaboration. Your vision will uplift products, aligning them with cutting-edge technology systems.
As a role model, you'll foster a culture of excellence, while your analytical skills and deep knowledge of architecture and cloud technologies will pave the way for success.
Responsibilities
• Participate in the innovation process, from ideation until the building, by pro-posing solutions, technical design specifications, and consultancy on techno-logical aspects.
• Develop and maintain documentation for technical systems and processes.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to uplift the products based on the technical systems design, providing guidance and support throughout the lifecycle, leveraging technical requirements, and meeting the quality of a solution.
• Be a consultant, influencer, and collaborator on the best practices and governance across product and other teams, like DevEnablement and Cybersecurity, ensuring the systems are built per the standards.
• To ensure readiness, scalability, and governance and that the technical sys-tems support overall business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can enhance the performance and capabilities of our technical systems.
• Support the engineering team in monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of technical systems, identifying and guiding the resolution of issues that arise.
• Be a role model in the team, demonstrating behaviors that create a culture of engagement, accountability, and technical quality.

Profile
• 8+ years experience in software development - you have worked on different stacks, teams, and architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and soft-ware development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in developing technical standards and documentation guidelines.
• Experience with global and remote teams.
• Ability to make evaluations and recommendations for a broader audience, from entry-level engineers to executives.
• Deep knowledge of System Designs, Architecture foundations, and Computer Science.
• Robust documentation and technical writing skills.
