Sr. assistant vice president - operations

EXL is looking for a Sr. Assistant Vice President- Operations to head its operations. The position is based in Bogota Colombia reports into VP – Global Operations. The position is responsible for the overall leadership of the operations providing an overall strategic direction to operations in order to achieve the business goals.


Essential Experience:

* 7 - 10 years of experience in BPO Operations at leadership level
* Independently manage the site, people and metrics related to the centre
* Should have deep knowledge and understanding of the market, Competition & Market trends in BPO

Drive Continuous improvements and innovations to enhance quality, CSAT
Optimizing spend for LOB’s
Collaborate with Sales/Account Management/ PreSales teams to grow the business
End to end client Management including reviews with client, value addition to the client and
Positioning EXL as a major player in the BPO industry
Accomplish the organization's goals and objectives
