About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven and communicative professional to join a fast-growing outsourcing firm. In this role, you will contribute to leading a team of bilingual customer support representatives, ensuring the achievement of performance quotas, and optimizing team productivity and call quality.

Responsibilities
Oversee, guide, and motivate a team of customer support representatives on a high-volume outbound project.
Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance quotas.
Provide feedback and coaching to improve the team's sales skills and objection-handling techniques.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of team interactions with prospects through the CRM system.

Requirements
Experience in outbound calling and sales.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and document interactions accurately.
Strong ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
At least 2 years of experience as TEAM LEADER.
Previous experience working from home
Previous experience leading a virtual team

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Industry knowledge and negotiation skills.
